Your details, handled simply.

When you request a quote or a walkthrough, you give us your name, email, phone number and location, the type of cleaning you need, and any details you add about the space, dates, frequency or add-ons.

When you browse the site, Google Analytics records how it is used: the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location based on your internet connection, and how you found us. It also records when a quote request is sent and when a phone number is tapped. It never receives your name, email or phone number.

We use your contact details to reply to your request, visit your space, prepare your quote and deliver the cleaning you book.

We use analytics to see which pages help people and to improve the site. Analytics data is not used for advertising.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Netlify hosts this website and receives quote requests on our behalf, then sends them to us by email. Google provides Google Analytics.

Both companies may store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country.

Google Analytics uses cookies to tell visits apart. The site does not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or turn analytics off with Google's opt-out add-on.

We keep quote requests for as long as we need them to respond, provide the service and keep our business records.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months, then deleted.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it unless we have to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Email hello@neacleaningcompany.com and we will reply within 30 days.
